Hmm. I always played C and F for the first 2 LH chords and thought it sounded perfect. This way certainly works though.

  9. Hunter July 27th, 2008 at 12:50 am

    ^ Doh. I meant C and G, not F.

    ****
She said I think I’ll go to Boston…
    I think I’ll start a new life,
I think I’ll start it over, where no one knows my name,
I’ll get out of California, I’m tired of the weather,
I think I’ll get a lover and fly em out to Spain…
I think I’ll go to Boston,
I think that I’m just tired
I think I need a new town, to leave this all behind…
I think I need a sunrise, I’m tired of the sunset,
I hear it’s nice in the Summer, some snow would be nice… oh yeah,

Boston… where no one knows my name…
Where no one knows my name…
Where no one knows my name…
    Yeah Boston…
Where no one knows my name.

    THANX RYAN…. UR SO GREAT… LOVE YAH… ;))

This was super awesome. I learned it really fast! To those of you who have no idea where it starts as “she said i think i’ll go to Boston…” all you have to do is play the same thing as the chorus, just play it an octave lower. Anyway, thanks Ryan!

  26. Joy-Anna April 10th, 2009 at 3:29 pm

Thanks so much for the help, Ryan! It would be awesome if you could show us how to play Almost Lover by A Fine Frenzy. That song’s awesome. :)

hey, thanks so much! i absolutley love this song!! but there are no tutorials for the ENTIRE song- think you could do one? like, include the chorus (”you dont know me…”) and the “she said i think i’ll go to boston…” part? that’d be great, thanks! =] =]
